Okay, we need a photo of the product in its original packaging. The return shipping fee is currently 48 SAR, which includes both the previous and upcoming shipping costs. Refunds are only issued after the shipment is returned to the shipping company, which takes 7 to 14 days. We also need your bank details (full name, IBAN number, and bank name). What is the international exchange procedure?



For international exchanges, you will send the product to the address registered on the shipping label.


You will then order the replacement product.


If the original product arrives with us, you will receive a refund for that product only.
